Korea Post Office has resumed Standard Shipping Service to selected destinations, but please note that deliveries are expected to be delayed up to 2 weeks including processing time to each countries.

Under the circumstances, Shipping costs have been increased depending on the country.

Dear All,

COVID-19 has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Seoul, South Korea to all international destinations.

Korea Post Office has resumed EMS (express mail service)/EMS Premium to selected destinations, but please note that deliveries are expected to be delayed up to 10 working days.

We just had a little bit of increase for shipping fees as the Korea Post and Shipping Company increased their fees.

EMS: Brazil, Canada, Chile, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Mexico, The Netherlands, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Spain, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, U.A.E., U.K, U.S, Saudi Arabia, ,

Regular mail: ITALY.

Below 9 countries is possible to send by regular mail and EMS service:
Bhutan, China, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Philippines, Slovenia, Thailand, Vietnam.

EMS Premium: Australia, New Zealand

The upgrade to EMS(EMS Premium) is available on order to the countries above.

This will take about 7-12 business days.
